  1. First assess where you’re at. If you are TOTALLY brand new to investing, then Todd’s first suggestion is that you order a CD of his live seminar entitled “Getting Started in Real Estate Investing“. It’s a lot cheaper than his consulting service, and will probably answer a lot of your initial questions. That may be enough to get you going, and you may not need consulting at this time.
  2. If you’ve already got the “knowledge”, but can’t get yourself to take “action”, or you can’t seem to make investing work as well as you need it to, or you’re an experienced investor facing a particular roadblock, then you’re probably ready for a consulting session.

    Decide what objectives and questions you would like me to realistically cover for you in one (1) hour.
    Try to put together a list of at least 5-10 questions. It’s better to have too many questions rather than too few. This way I can help you more efficiently.

    Your questions and objectives can cover any aspect of residential real estate investing… i.e. buying, selling, or renting single-family houses and 2-family buildings.
